Aims and Scope

The Wellness Journal (WJ) aims to publish research or academic articles relevant to human wellness that will have high an impact in moving forward the frontiers of wellness knowledge, both theory and practice. “Wellness” encompasses different dimensions, including physical wellness, mental wellness, and spiritual wellness. The journal also includes discussion of topics related to other external factors affecting wellness, at both the micro and macro level, including economic, social and political factors.

The articles cover knowledge and its applications across different disciplines including, medicine, health science, pharmacy, philosophy, psychology, economics, and the social sciences. The subjects of the articles include, but are not limited to, aesthetic and rejuvenating wellness, longevity wellness, sleep wellness, meditation, food wellness, Ayurveda, homeopathy, and traditional Chinese medicine.
